Why is it free?
We believe every homeowner deserves a maintenance plan. Your primary home includes a free first year. After that, choose $3/month or $30/year for your primary home. Additional homes are $9/month each.
What happens with multiple homes?
Your primary home gets a free first year, then you can choose $3/month or $30/year. Each additional home is $9/month. Simple math, no surprises.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Remove an additional home and your bill adjusts immediately. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
What about my data?
Your data is yours. Export anytime, delete anytime. We use industry-standard encryption and never sell your information.

How does ShelterIQ know what my home needs?
During onboarding, you tell us about your home — age, roof type, HVAC, and more. Our AI uses that plus your local climate zone to build a personalized maintenance schedule. A house in Maine gets winterization tasks in September. A house in Florida never sees them.
Can I add my own maintenance tasks?
Yes. Use the "Add Task" button on your dashboard to create custom tasks with your own schedule and priority. The AI assistant will help you fill in the details.
Does ShelterIQ work with Google Calendar?
Yes. You can connect your Google Calendar from Settings and your maintenance task due dates will sync automatically as all-day events. You can disconnect at any time.
Is my data safe?
Your data is yours. We use industry-standard encryption, never sell your information, and you can export or delete everything from Settings at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
